Cancellation and Refund Policy

Tour of Istanbul (Nokta Turizm Seyahat LTD) understands that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy. Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds:

1. Cancellation by the Customer:

1.1. If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing or by email as soon as possible. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written notification.

1.2. The following cancellation charges will apply for the package tours:

- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the tour departure date: Full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees imposed by our suppliers.

- Cancellations made between 29 and 7 days prior to the tour departure date: 50% of the total tour cost will be retained as cancellation fees.

- Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour departure date: No refund will be provided.

1.3. Please note that certain tours or services may have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation by Tour of Istanbul (Nokta Turizm Seyahat LTD):

2.1. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient bookings, natural disasters, or other external factors, we will provide a full refund of the tour cost.

2.2. We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary or cancel specific activities within a tour due to reasons beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements or activities of similar value. If no suitable alternatives are available, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion.

3. Refunds:

3.1. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving your cancellation request in writing or by email. The refund will be made using the same method of payment used for the initial booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.

3.2. Please note that Tour of Istanbul (Nokta Turizm Seyahat LTD) cannot be held responsible for any currency exchange rate fluctuations that may occur during the refund process. Any difference in the refunded amount due to currency exchange rates will not be compensated.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

4.1. Certain items, such as non-refundable deposits, tickets, permits, or fees paid to third-party suppliers, may be non-refundable. These non-refundable items will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking.

4.2. Flight tickets are generally non-refundable, and any cancellation or change fees imposed by the airline will be the responsibility of the customer. Please review the specific terms and conditions of your flight booking for more information on cancellation and refund policies.

5. Travel Insurance:

5.1. We strongly recommend that all customers purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may result in trip cancellations or interruptions. Please ensure that your travel insurance policy provides adequate coverage for the duration and activities of your tour.
