Yes. If the optional balloon flight is cancelled due to weather, the balloon flight portion will be refunded in full.

Once your booking is confirmed, our team will begin arranging your services and will normally share your flight, hotel, and transfer details within 2 business days, unless the reservation is made on a last-minute basis.

The standard package is operated as a small-group tour. If you prefer a more exclusive experience, a private version can also be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

For summer travel (May–October), we recommend light layers for the early morning, comfortable shoes with good support, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a phone or camera for photos.

For winter travel (November–April), we recommend warm layered clothing, a thick jacket, gloves, a warm hat, comfortable sturdy shoes, sunglasses, and thermal layers for extra warmth before sunrise.
