The main difference is the basket capacity. Classic Flight usually operates with 28–32 guests, while Comfort Flight usually operates with 20–24 guests. Both include the same sunrise departure window, same Göreme flight area, and similar flight duration.

Not necessarily. A smaller basket offers more personal space, but the overall quality of the flight also depends on the pilot, weather conditions, route, and daily operational planning.

Yes. Both Classic and Comfort flights are planned in the first ascent sunrise slot, when the air is calmer and the sky is at its most dramatic.

Pickup is usually scheduled early in the morning before sunrise, generally between 04:30 and 05:30 depending on your hotel and the season. Your exact pickup time is normally shared by WhatsApp the evening before the flight.

The flight itself is approximately 1 hour. The full experience, including transfers and preparation, is usually around 2.5 to 3 hours.

If the flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, it is normally moved to the next available morning. If you are unable to join the rescheduled flight, the balloon flight amount is refunded in full.

Not always. Weather-related rescheduled flights may be treated as new reservations, subject to current availability and applicable rates. Any updated rate is always confirmed with you before proceeding.

Yes. Balloon flights operate only with official approval and are carried out by licensed operators. A full safety briefing is given before boarding, and full passenger insurance is included.

Yes. Children aged 4 and above can join the balloon flight. All children must be accompanied by a parent.

Dress in layers, as the launch site can feel cool before sunrise even in warmer months. Comfortable closed-toe shoes are recommended.

For summer travel (May–October), we recommend light layers for the early morning, comfortable shoes with good support, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a phone or camera for photos.

For winter travel (November–April), we recommend warm layered clothing, a thick jacket, gloves, a warm hat, comfortable sturdy shoes, sunglasses, and thermal layers for extra warmth before sunrise.

Yes. Cameras, smartphones, and GoPros are welcome onboard. Please note that drones are not permitted in Cappadocia’s balloon flight zones.

Yes, strongly. Cappadocia sunrise balloon flights are among the most in-demand experiences in Turkey, and availability can become very limited on popular dates.

Possibly, subject to availability. We recommend booking your preferred option in advance, especially during busy travel periods.

Payment is made securely online through a 3D Secure payment system. Depending on the available booking option, you may complete your reservation with either a deposit payment or full payment. As daily balloon capacity is limited, seats are confirmed once the payment is successfully received.
