Packages vary by itinerary. Most include hotel accommodation, transfers, and expert licensed guides. Hot air balloon flights, domestic flights and entrance fees are included or payable separately depending on the package — full details are listed on each tour page.

Cappadocia is beautiful year-round. Spring (April–June) and autumn (September–October) offer the most comfortable temperatures and the highest hot air balloon flight success rates. Summer (June–August) is warm with long sunny days and actually fewer crowds than the spring and autumn peak seasons — a great time to visit. Winter mornings can be cold but the snowy landscape is truly magical and balloon flights still operate on clear days.

We offer two options. A domestic flight from Istanbul to Kayseri or Nevşehir airport takes approximately 1.5 hours and is the most convenient option — airport transfers are included. Alternatively, an overnight bus from Istanbul takes approximately 10-11 hours. Our team will recommend the best option based on your itinerary and budget.

Hot Air Balloon flights depart at sunrise, typically between 05:00 and 06:00 AM depending on the season. Pick-up from your hotel is arranged approximately 1 hour before departure.

We recommend at least 2 to 3 days to fully experience Cappadocia. This allows time for guided tours, the hot air balloon ride. If the weather conditions are not good on the first day, you have a higher chance of participating in the hot air balloon tour and enjoying the region at a comfortable pace.

Hot Air Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions and are assessed every morning by the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority. The final flight decision rests solely with the Civil Aviation Authority — not the balloon company or pilots. Flights operate once a day at sunrise only — there are no afternoon or sunset flights. Flights are cancelled if wind speeds or visibility do not meet safety standards. In the event of a cancellation, you will be offered a full refund, a postponement to an alternative date, or a rebooking for the following morning depending on your travel schedule.

We recommend comfortable, layered clothing and closed-toe shoes. Morning temperatures in Cappadocia can be cool even in summer — a light jacket is advisable. In winter, warm layers are essential.

Yes. Cappadocia package tours are suitable for families. However, hot air balloon rides have age restriction (minimum age 4 years old)set by aviation authorities.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 15 days or more before departure: A 10% administrative fee applies. Domestic flight tickets are non-refundable regardless of cancellation date.
• 8 to 14 days before departure: 40% of the total tour cost will be refunded. Domestic flight tickets remain non-refundable.
• 7 days or less before departure: No refund will be issued. The tour and domestic flight tickets are fully non-refundable.
